Facilitator-led, in-person and online

Leadership Workshops that change how your team actually works

We run focused sessions for managers and emerging leaders across Wales and the wider UK. Each workshop is built around the specific friction your team faces, not a generic curriculum pulled from a shelf.

Four ways to work with us

Pick the format that fits your schedule, team size and budget. Every session is designed for 6 to 20 participants.

Half-day intensive

Three hours of structured exercises targeting one leadership challenge. Ideal when you need a sharp intervention without pulling the team away for a full day. We cover decision-making under pressure, difficult conversations, or delegation breakdowns.

3 hours

Full-day deep dive

A six-hour session that moves through diagnosis, practice and planning. Your team leaves with written commitments and a 30-day action map. We use scenario simulations drawn from your actual workplace situations.

6 hours

Six-week programme

Weekly 90-minute online sessions over six weeks, with assignments between meetings. Best for teams that want lasting behavioural change rather than a one-off boost. Each week builds on the previous one, and we track progress through peer feedback loops.

6 × 90 min

Executive retreat

A two-day offsite for senior leaders. We handle facilitation, agenda design and follow-up reporting. You bring the team and the honesty; we bring the structure. Held at a venue of your choosing anywhere in the UK.

2 days

How a workshop comes together

1

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation where we ask about your team structure, the friction points you see, and what success looks like in three months. No questionnaires, no forms to fill in beforehand.

2

Design sprint

We draft a workshop plan within five working days. It includes the exercises, discussion prompts and the specific outcomes each activity targets. You review it, suggest changes, and we refine until it fits.

3

Delivery

The session itself. We facilitate, time-keep and adapt on the fly when a conversation needs more room. Participants work in pairs, small groups and full-room discussions across the day.

4

Follow-through

Two weeks after the workshop, every participant receives a summary of their commitments and a short reflection prompt. We schedule a 45-minute check-in call with you to review what stuck and what needs reinforcing.

Who runs the room

Our lead facilitator has spent fourteen years working inside organisations before stepping out to run workshops full-time. That means she has sat through the same dreary training days your team dreads, and she has designed every session to be the opposite of those.

Before founding Leadership Radar, she managed cross-functional teams at two FTSE 250 companies and led a management development programme for a Welsh local authority. She holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Cardiff University and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Her facilitation style is direct, warm and occasionally funny. She will challenge your assumptions without making anyone feel cornered.

Questions we hear often

Three to four weeks is comfortable. We have occasionally turned a session around in ten days, but that works best when the topic is one we have delivered before, like managing difficult conversations or first-time manager transitions.

Yes. Half-day intensives and the six-week programme work well over Zoom or Teams. Full-day sessions lose energy after about four hours on screen, so we split those into two shorter online blocks on consecutive days. Executive retreats are always in person.

A half-day intensive for up to 16 people starts at £1,800 plus VAT. Full-day sessions begin at £3,200. The six-week programme and executive retreats are quoted individually because scope varies. We send a detailed proposal after the discovery call.

We do. About a third of our clients are based in England, and we have run sessions in Edinburgh and Belfast. Travel costs outside Wales are added to the quote at a flat rate rather than per-mile, so you know the figure up front.

Small groups work differently, not worse. For teams of three to five, we shift the format toward coaching-style facilitation with more individual attention. The pricing adjusts accordingly, and we can sometimes combine two small teams from different departments for richer cross-functional learning.
